Tiffany Lachell Jackson was born and raised in Broward County, Florida, where she was introduced to both art and business at a young age. She is not your average beauty specialist. Her strict background as an 18-year U.S. Air Force Veteran gives her a disciplined work ethic, an eye for detail, and an organized approach to the beauty industry. On the other hand, her passion for the arts allows her to treat every client as her personal canvas.

After years of self-education and serving others behind the scenes, Tiffany made the decision to invest in her calling at a professional level. She completed Full Specialist training, Master Aesthetician certification, and six months of hands-on Production Makeup Training—equipping her with the tools and techniques to perform at the highest level in the beauty industry. She is a firm believer in continued education, a value ingrained from her military service, and she brings that same standard of excellence to every client experience.

Tiffany is constantly refining her skills, working with a wide variety of faces, skin types, and tones to master her craft. Her deep knowledge of skincare creates the ideal foundation for flawless makeup applications, while her extensive background in customer service ensures every client feels seen, heard, and beautifully transformed.

As the founder of All Things Nefer, Tiffany is building a powerful presence across all social platforms and growing a dedicated fan base drawn to her artistry and expertise. Her mission is clear: to empower the next generation of beauty professionals through inclusive education that embraces all skin tones, hair textures, and cultures. She is working toward launching a state-of-the-art Beauty Academy and a network of luxury salon suites—providing a full-service experience for clients and premium, empowering spaces for beauty professionals to thrive.
